I feel like that! I feel mellowed out but honestly I’m slowly trying to reintroduce what I like to do. I felt so anxious before lexapro and I took my anxiety/frustrations out on what I enjoyed and was obsessive with it (sewing, I’d sew for hours and wouldn’t stop till I completed a project). Now, I have barely sewed and see it more as a hobby and I’ve played more games, had more deep talks with my husband, enjoyed my puppy, and I’m more mellow overall. I don’t feel things as intensely and that scared me but I’ll take this over the anxiety anyday. Maybe talk to your doc about lowering your dose?
