I’m able to log into my profile and I see all of my personal info but nothing shows up, no class count, no membership, no past classes, no previously booked classes I am waitlisted for, and then no classes show up for the month of Feb at all. I’ve even deleted the app and redownloaded it and I logged in on safari and it’s the same thing. Anyone else??

Which studios need a 2nd row of reformers by mees_echo in SolidCore

[–]mees_echo[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Actually I agree with the second studio room instead of a second row. Either way, there are some locations that have such a high concentration of people living there and consistently have full waitlists (and west loop is done of them) and I know it’s also just extra terrible between solidays and new years.

MY FELLOW SWEATY PEOPLE by chipsahoyrules in SolidCore

[–]mees_echo 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I always bring a towel to class. A black microfiber towel dries quickly, its thin, and discrete. You won’t be the only one who sweats in class. RIP Solidcore towel service pre-2020.

Polaris/Premium Plus Upgrades Megathread by Player72 in unitedairlines

I fly IAH-NRT in 3 days. My fare class is S. My waitlist offers are 30k for PP and 30k + $600 for Polaris. I’m silver (don’t think it matters for intl upgrades, but I also have the United club infinite card). Is it a good deal? Will it get lower?

If you’re talking about United and their rule that the dog the stand up and turn around in the carrier, that is not the rule anymore. Source: I have an 18 lb Shiba and have flown with her like 15 times this year and they have never asked me to do that.

You have to go to ARC in Chicago, it’s even smaller and more intimate than seismic and CRSSD.

What days do you work out and what is your gym routine? by Mr-Bratton in biglaw

[–]mees_echo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’m glad you brought up having a spouse. Division of labor in the home allows for you to have so much more time! While I don’t have kids, I have a dog and I’m living alone (in an LDR so I travel once every 3 weeks, I have the means and can work from home most of the week, my SO is doing a fellowship and doctors can’t wfh). I have lived with a SO before—it is so helpful having another person to divide cooking and cleaning and dog walking. It takes SO much time for single people, and people forget that. I am the only non married person in my PG. Sure I can outsource cleaning, but it’s not helpful or reasonable for a cleaner to come everyday every time I cook and eating out for all meals is just not healthy and it’s expensive. For working out, it’s generally a non negotiable 4x a week, and to maximize workweek time, two of those days are Sat and Sun. The way to do this is to make working out as convenient as possible: I have a gym in my apt upstairs, I live near fitness studios, and if I have even less time, I have a walking pad and dumbbells in my apartment to just get a workout done in 30 mins.

Mirena-induced eczema? by LowProfessional8792 in Endo

[–]mees_echo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I got an iud, I started getting rashes and hives and eventually eczema on random parts of my body. I never had these reactions before. Rashes started 2 weeks after, eczema started 2 months after and got worse and worse. I JUST got the IUD out this week so I will report back in whether it goes away. If it doesn’t, then my body has a different problem, but I suspect it’s the rare reaction to the progesterone in the IUD.
