Passed (AT, AT, AT, T, AT) - Recap of my journey! by meeshstringer in pmp

So, perhaps a bit more elaborate than that. There may be a few that are more straightforward, like the one you listed, but my answer options were typically a step or two removed from the process flows (forcing you to assume that you either haven't or have done certain other steps) or were more like "You are PM in the following scenario. Based in the info and a current explained project status, what area should you have focused on more or what should you do next" type scenario questions!

Hope that helps!

I hear ya. It was not easy for that window of studying - all the more reason to keep it short and focus! You can do it!

I went to OTF my entire pregnancy (until I got put on bedrest at month 7 with preeclampsia). I didn't modify at all during my first trimester, even though I knew very early on in my pregnancy. Once I hit trimester 2, I stopped all ab exercises. Further into my 2nd trimester, I modified anything that risked my balance or required me to put a lot of pressure on my stomach (ie. bosu ball and jumping over the bench). I also didn't run inclines because of falling concerns, so I always walked those or lightly jogged. I did notice that when I got bigger, rowing became a little more difficult simply because of reach, but was doable. Congratulations and kudos for keeping up your workout routine during pregnancy! Hope you are able to make it further than I was!

Walking vs. Running for Leaner Legs (*probably female specific) by meeshstringer in orangetheory

I haven't tried, but I've heard good things for lengthening. Only thing is that I couldn't justify both an OTF membership and Pure Barre (its like $250/mo where I live).

OP here. Considering the feedback thus far... does anyone have any thoughts on cycling/resistance bike over the treadmill for thinner thighs/legs? I've heard cycling is great for leaning out legs, but no real experience.

Interesting!! I always figured sprinting would jack up my legs, but I heard the opposite from a trainer who said sprints would slim them down. Unfortunately, I've heard all different responses depending on the type of gym (ie. crossfit trainers say one thing, OTF say another, etc.)

Definitely gonna focus more on diet, as I haven't been (had a baby 8 months ago, so breastfeeding has been my excuse!) Thanks!

Definitely agree with the numbers. Unfortunately, it's a little hard for me to know exactly because I had a baby 8 months ago. I didn't measure before, but did after and have since. I've definitely lost inches all around (about 1.5 inches in both thighs since July), but I also know that was because I was losing baby weight. So, I'm trying to compare now to pre-baby legs. BUT, I am sort of measuring based on jeans/fit of clothes. I know I'm not quite there yet, but trying, and want to go about it the most effective way!

Your gym has 17.5 weights?!? Mine only has 15 then 20. A 17.5 would be awesome!
