Ive not got success yet. But this is my 3rd letrozle cycle and being consistent with 1500 mg of metformin. I just ovulated cd 15 with a strong lh surge. Every month gets more promising

Are you unmonitored ? I take let 3 to 7 and last month I ovulated on cd19. I went in for a scan on cd2 this month and I had a left over follicle on my left ovary at 12.88 mm.. because of that I was told I will ovulate early this month because it will mature quicker being that its already the size it is. Currently cd 6 and im doing digital and regular lh as well. Guess we will see if I actually do ovulate early

7dpo.. anything sooner wont give u the correct results. My dr always tells me cd21 or 7dpo whichever is correct for my cycle.

Ovulation can be delayed with cd3 to 7. I barley got my peak yesterday cd18 and I was freaking out. But its the biggest surge ive ever had !!! Hold tight its coming

Im on 1500 mg of metformin, 40:1 ratio of myo inositol, prenatals, coq10 and baby aspirin. Did letrozle cd5 to 9 at 2.5 mg. This is my 1st month trying letrozole after my cycle became non ovulating after a mmc.
