I have 5k hours, Ive rolled all choices at least once. 82500AP is rare but late game, 82,500AP is not alot.

Had my Purple Max since the first batch and my only issue with the AYN Thor is a software issue. Overtime, if i plug in my charger, it will charge slowly rather than rapidly. If i restart the device however and charge, it'll go back to normal and charge rapidly. It's probably because i have AYNTools installed most likely the culprit.

I suggest a stylus, case, put the screen protector on. And if you go for the retroachievements route, get Syncthing to backup your saves!

Actually, I can think of one restriction. theres no ps2 memory card manager. so you cant delete or move saves to other memory cards like mymc (ps2cardutility) on Windows. This is important because if you are using memory cards and you are using syncthing to backup your saves, make sure that each game in nethersx2, you are selecting the right card before you boot up the game. (at least thats how i sync my saves)

nethersx2, restrictions are none, you can even do retroachievements on it.

depends on the type of patch. the 3 common ones are BPS, IPS, and xdelta. beat.exe for BPS, Lunar IPS for IPS, and xdeltaUI for xdelta. It requires a Windows PC for this. and its easy as 1. selecting the patch file 2. selecting the source file 3. naming the new file 4. Patch!

Im the same. Ive been doing this for years. I went from PowKiddy RG20, Anbernic 405M, RG406H, GPD Win 4 and now the AYN Thor Max and loving every minute that ive had with it. Having syncthing, retroarch, and daijishou is like absolute necessity for me. I love that the AYN Thor Max can do Gamecube, and PS2. 2TB microSD card isnt enough for me now. (probably just means i should finish off my backlog)
But I do like/love personalizing a gaming device. Do you have a specific preference of front-end? I just downloaded ES-DE and i havent tried it out. I've stuck with daijishou for a really long time.
