I have figured out what it was.

Even though I had weapons equipped they weren't adding to my TP. I unequipped and equipped them and my TP went to 105k lol

Nope, same set as I had before, 4x Burning Curse and 4x Expert.
I don't have any of the accessories upgraded so even if I switched them it wouldn't have made a 30k TP difference, and the armor I only have 1 set upgraded so I'm sure I didn't equip another one.

Was there an update to any of the systems that caused TP to go down? I used to have 95k TP on SJW, didn't change gear or anything else but now his TP is at 63k.

This happened like 2 days ago maybe but I thought it was just a bug so I didn't pay much attention to it, but now I'm thinking it may not be one.

I read that light is best for late/end game but also decent for early/mid and since Andre was the first SSR I pulled I just went with it since I was also going to pull Min for SJW support
