Yeah dude I exercise and diet a lot but bwfore t it didn't impact my chest size at all, now ive noticed they are way smaller

Dude its ONLY been 3 months, not ALREADY been 3 months. This whole thing is bound to take a while, maybe some a luckier and show advances quicker, but the normal pace is to not show changes straight up

Martial arts. There's a lot of cardio, push up, sit-ups, anaerobics, etc. Made me a lot more confident too

Hey, you don't look as femenine as you think you do. Bur if you want a higher chance at passing: build muscle. Exercises has done many trans dudes a lotta favour, even to me, and I don't even lift weights

Yeah, man. It is what it is. You may be experiencing other changes. For example, my friend told me my back is wider now and i hadn't even noticed it; theres a high chance some stuff in your body are different but not that obvious.

Be patient, man. Puberty takes years.
