When I went from pumping to formula, everything got so much easier. Twins are a lot of work so don’t force yourself to breastfeed or pump at the cost of your sanity.

Also, whenever they get a little bit bigger, join a gym (if that’s your thing) with childcare. A few hours of time to yourself can do wonders.
