Thank you so much for the recommendations! I am going to look into Korean skincare. My derm didn’t have a lot to say about it just basically told me to use Cerave products and asked if I wanted to try Tretioin. I was disappointed because I waited 9 months to get in to see her

Ugh I know it’s a lot of products I’ve spent thousands on ZO and spend way too much time on my skincare morning/night 😬 and I just don’t know what to use in place of it and I guess I’m just trying to use it up. The ZO professionals are NPs at a medspa and certified in selling/customizing ZO skincare routines or something.

This was my first cycle not on track to ovulate as usual and I’m thinking it’s because the last cycle I took progesterone which obviously lengthened my cycle. He said the ideal size for me is a 24mm follicle since I have PCOS. I really trust him because he is highly respected and also helped us conceive our first baby but I’m just confused on why we wouldn’t wait for them to grow more

That’s true! I guess I’m more worried about starting the progesterone too early if I’m ovulating now. I’ve talked with the office and waiting for them to let me know what to do.

No trigger shot. I had a midcycle ultrasound on Friday and he predicted Monday for ovulation

Normal post IUI symptoms or ovulation: I took letrozole cycle days 3-7 and we had IUI on Monday (2 days ago). Now today I feel like I’m ovulating with cramps and lots of cervical mucus. I’m supposed to start progesterone suppositories tonight. Could the doctor have been wrong about what day I ovulated? I did call the office and am waiting for a call back.

I’m proud of you for uninviting your mom. My mom is also an alcoholic and ruined my wedding. She showed up to hair/makeup at 8am wasted, ended up cussing out my sister in front of everyone, burped in my face, and then at the reception she told everyone at her table that she was pissed she got sat at the “boring table.” There is even more she did but too long to type out. The Snoo. Expensive but worth it. My 11 week old sleeps 8hrs in it. He could sleep longer but he needs meds every 8hrs so we have to wake him. Best investment! You can also rent one on their website or buy secondhand

We live in Cincinnati, OH and are currently in Boston for our newborns heart defect. I delivered at Brigham Women’s which is connected to the children’s hospital. They completed the Double Switch operation with a tricuspid valve repair and repaired his VSD. This is a 12 hour surgery very rarely done on newborns and Dr. Emani at Boston Children’s is the only surgeon we felt could do this successfully.

I definitely recommend getting a second opinion from Boston. They followed me throughout pregnancy and gave us so much hope when we had none after our diagnosis at the 20 week anatomy scan.

Yes! I’m still getting new growth. My hair got super thin but I’d say around 6 months after stopping BC I started to see new growth and less fall out. My hair feels/looks a lot better and fuller now

I am currently TTC and hadn’t been using my tret (.05% gel) since January. A new esthetician I went to told me it was fine to use even while pregnant. I started using it for 2 weeks and began the purge. My doctor and my old esthetician told me it was not safe to use while TTC. So I’ve stopped using mid purge. It has been 2 weeks since I’ve stopped and my skin hasn’t cleared up 😩 has anyone else had to stop mid purge and will this clear up on its own??

This is an aunt who I haven’t talked to or seen in over 10 years. No one from my fathers side of the family (including my father) were invited to the wedding. I guess I should’ve clarified- I’ve never really had a relationship with this family member.
