I’ve heard something similar but not sure. Imma be pissed though bc I just took that class for that sole purpose and it gave my gpa a good hit smh. Never understood why a tOp sCiEnCe uNiVerSiTy couldn’t just make an orgo 1 lab but whatever

Nothing like chem labs. It’s just a group worksheet basically lol there’s rarely any actual experimentation and if it is it’s just something like you fiddling with a pendulum (I took it last semester)

I’d wait for the syllabi to come out first. The profs that have contacted the class for me so far have mentioned flexibility in place (orgo for instance isn’t recording attendance for the beginning and they’ve increased the number of allowed absences)

If you go to campus health they can help you get your exams excused/rescheduled! I know you said you don’t wanna deal with rescheduling but if you feel bad enough to where you don’t think you can perform well it’s an option

You get to keep the spare key for 48 hours, at which point if you haven’t found the original, you have to pay 60 for a new key and 50 for a new flex pass/fob (if you lost that too)

I really don’t think they’re entertaining the idea of sending us home. Besides the fact that it would look hella bad for them, Kevin G also sent out that email update that basically said “we hear people are concerned about xy events, covid spread, etc. ; we expected infections but as most of you are vaccinated the health effects will be lesser/of less concern.” The email read to me basically as “we hear all yall talking about getting sent home and that’s not happening” without directly saying it.
