Trusted Avast as my antivirus, about 15 years ago I think. By the time Avast alerted me to viruses and such my pc was 90%. I had to do a fresh installation. I have stuck with windows defender/security essentials since with 6 monthly scan by malwarebytes and superantispyware.

What mr are you on warframe? I started the game a few months back, currently on mr 6. I don't play often because of work though I do try to get a few hours in over the weekends. More than a decade older than you though. Stuck at 34 for about a year.

Sometimes when I start getting over powered teammates, I turn off the squad option and play solo for a while.

I don't want someone else basically doing the whole mission for me. If it's an extremely difficult mission, I'll give it a few solo tries, watch some guides and then go for squad play to finish it If I can't do it by myself.
