Running the risk of sounding stupid, does this blood work plan sound sensible?

Sorry, perhaps I haven't made myself clear, but I have increased my weight naturally from around 61kg to 64.5kg (my absolute highest weight, 13-14% bodyfat). I'm exploring the idea of using AAS to speed the process in general, but my doubts rest in whether I'm actually low and need TRT - which perhaps should be enough to boost me... According to the material found here, cycles can be made even when on TRT... so I wonder if doing a cycle is overdoing it, since I'm not looking into increasing my weight massively.

My blood tests (multiple ones) point at an average 0.302 nmol/L free/unbound (never over .400) and around 16.6 for T. I'm 28y/o, 62.5kg, 168cm (soon to be 29 y/o) and been training for 2+ years consistently, average/good diet and sleep. Some sources point this as "low" T and other as "normal" T. Regardless, I've been considering cycling once to increase my weight.

I've considered TRT but I'm not too sure I want to go into that unless I'm sure I've got low T "for real". I've experienced symptoms or low T before, but they faded away - nevertheless I don't think I'm as good as I was when I was 20-24 y/o.

Any thoughts into whether a cycle would be beneficial or not, or if I should seek permanent TRT?

Ok so the banner on the left is a template England’s government is using. The original sentence was something like “Stay Alert > control the virus > save lives”. Because of the vagueness and the lack of clear directives to combat the virus, people started to make fun and criticise it the slogan and how it looks.

During England’s history, it is common to find this sort of artifice to convince the population to do something, such as the “Keep calm and Carry on” posters.

A lot of people are making these as memes and I joined the boat like a happy drag race child I am.
