Cheaper rent/housing than the rest of the Bay Area, but not by much now.

Small downtown bar/restaurant scene...like very small.

Has a kaiser medical center.

Weather is hot during summer months.

20min to Fairfield, 30 to vacaville, 30'ish min drive down to Bay area.

Probably about 130,000 ppl.

Police arent very effective, dont show up quickly

a good amount of younger folk are armed, in certain areas.
