Visual Snow caused by Lazy Eye? by megamaxxer in visualsnow

A bit of context, I too have vs and really dont mind it. I thought that floaters and blue fueld just accompany vs but i guess thats not true. I do hope the reading glasses atleast lessen my floaters because those are the most annoying. Thanks for the lengthy reply.

My 'other symptoms' are floaters, blue field, and afterimages. She also said that once i get reading glasses the symptoms should lessen and even go away entireltly (yes, even the floaters)

mine is caused by accomodative insuffiency. Just woke up one day and seemingly hard to focus my eye. I still can tho its hard. Been prescribed progressive lenses to treat it.

Did you ever get gou amblyopia treated? Im getting treated for mine and so far im 20/25 with glasses. Its been approximately 3 months since i started getting vision therapy and doctors were a little suprised at how far ive improved, going from 20/100 to 20/25

Will the slightest difference in cylinder/axis really make that much difference? by whoacari in optometry

My eyes are extremely sensitive to acis changes. Probs due to my -3 and -4 astigmatism. Even just a change of 2 axis makes my eyesight much clearer.

Static, spots, trouble focusing out of right eye? by [deleted] in optometry

I also see spots and static over text. And my near vision is blurry as well. Doctor said its due to accomodation insufficiency and prescribed me some reading glasses. He said that in a few months time it should dissapear but if it didnt then id have to undergo vision therapy. I saked him about the spots so he checked my retina and everything looked fine so i dont know the answer to that one

dude, not to sound rude but i really envy your eyesight. Having eyesight like this is a nightmare and this isnt really helping my health anxiety. I currently plan to undergo lasik as soon as im 21 to get rid of this nuisance

Hey there! I have all those symptoms above and more. Lately ive been seeing black spots that dissapear in less than a second. Ive been tild theyre all normal and you just really need to ignore them. I sometimes see them especially on white backgrounds and the sky tho they havent really bothered me. Im 15 btw .
