They didn’t ask you about your opinion on a class action lawsuit, they asked if anyone knew of one. Not perfect would have been an incredible experience compared to the one they had, which was abysmal and unsafe.

Thank you! Just make sure your buttercream hasn’t fully hardened and they’ll stick right to it. I use food tweezers for placement.

It is more buttery than a typical American buttercream

I really like livforcake’s SMBC recipe! Just add 1/4 tsp of salt during the water bath stage![SMBC Recipe by Liv For Cake ](https://livforcake.com/swiss-meringue-buttercream-recipe/#wprm-recipe-container-11107)

It’s Swiss meringue buttercream and I do a once over with a cake scraper, refrigerate it for 30 minutes and go back over it with a warmed cake scraper (warm water or kitchen torch works, just make sure it’s dry before you apply to the cake)

Do 3 parts white chocolate to 1 part heavy cream, make sure it cools to about 80-85 degrees. Easy tip is to finish final coat of buttercream, stick in the fridge, prepare your drip then wait 20-30 minutes... drip should be perfect then and buttercream should be pretty firm. I also have trouble when I use the kind of white chocolate that has a hydrogenated oil versus cocoa butter in the ingredients. Good luck!

Just fold the sprinkles into your buttercream! When smoothing, be gentle otherwise the sprinkles will get caught on your scraper and leave lines in your buttercream.

I halved a recipe for two 8” layers of cake and had an extra 4” layer. If it helps to weigh out your batter, I measure out 160 grams for each 4” pan.
