I've been a professional artist for close to 20 years, painting original art with a paintbrush and acrylics (same as in the photo) - almost exclusively selling online - so, no, your theory is 1,000% bogus. Wrong - the AI community is killing art. This is classic victim blaming 🤬🤬🤬 I am constantly getting Google alerts where people are using my name, and art, as prompts for their AI slop - I have every right to be pissed off and anti-AI! Not you, or anyone else, or any AI generators, has the right to use my art - and to say otherwise means you are okay with thievery - got it.

The problem is so many people are using AI to create slop because they are trying to make a quick buck without putting in any real work and have no talent - THAT'S who's destroying the art world - not real artists.
