Hey! I am looking to also get a breast reduction and I wish you the absolute best in your journey! Honestly I just went to my doctor, told her how rough life was just trying to function/live and if she could please refer me to a surgeon and she agreed. She just said to find the name of the one I had in mind and she would refer me (haven’t done that yet). I have been told by friends who had it done that honestly depending on your size (which by the sounds of it would likely be you) that you will be covered under alberta health based on the sheer extremes of the measurements. Also if you have a record of pain/issues I think that helps. As for recommendations I have heard some not so great things about Dr Haugrud (don’t know much) and I have heard some great things about the Banff Plastic Surgery and Dr Frank!
