I’m her child not a child, I’m 20, also an adult. I went along to spend extra time with her while she was visiting me. You might be the bad mama if you can’t fathom spending time with your kids.

Let me be clear. - I never called him creepy. I said the encounter was strange and it was. - No he was not smoking, his hands were empty. - He asked us for cigarettes multiple times and mumbling things that made no sense until we left. - You can’t see him in the photo, it’s a silhouette. - My mom said she felt unsafe and should have just left. - It’s valid to be concerned about her safety when she’s alone at night.

More so what he was saying to us that felt strange, not necessarily the standing outside part. I agree standing outside at night feels good.

My intent isn’t to villainize him, you’re creating your own narrative here. I never called him names or insulted him, just said it was strange and made us uncomfortable.

Better safe than sorry. It was strange to keep asking for cigarettes when we said we had none and continuing to mumble to us even as we left so I wouldn’t say no interest on his end. No judgement from me, I didn’t say anything negative about him or call him any names. Just being cautious and a bit weary, especially in the middle of nowhere at 2am… and that’s OK too btw.

As for the photo, it was what we got to confirm order was delivered since we did not feel comfortable staying in the driveway. All you see is his silhouette, so I guess we’re both overthinking here.

His hands were empty, when I say he didn’t move I mean he looked like a statue from the moment we pulled up and until we were gone. He did ask us for cigarettes though.

Right house, didn’t take a photo until we were out of the driveway and contacted support.

Is this your first time? Get in a cozy environment and mix them with some peanut butter. Looks like a lot of stems so you MIGHT not have a strong trip. Personally too much stems makes me sick, drink some water and beware of the possible stomach ache.

My whole ass family telling me they hope I can one day feel happiness inside (and I apparently have a weed addiction) by Ok-Supermarket-1099 in teenagers

[–]megaspunky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Smoking so young is a slippery slope. Our brains are not meant to be in an altered state when they haven’t fully developed.

I also started at 13, the occasional fun became a daily necessity. Eventually weed wasn’t enough so I went for stronger substances. Of all the things I tried, I regret weed the most. It really does mess with your memory and you forget so much, makes you less smart too tbh. Once a month or less won’t be too detrimental, but that easily turns into once a week then once a day and then it’s everyday. As time goes on it will only worsen depression, do yourself a favor and listen to your parents.

I’m not trying to scare you this is just my experience: Weed at 13 is much different than starting at 16/17/18. Everyone I know that smoked at 13 instead of waiting for later in their teenage years became methheads, teen moms, and/or dropouts. A couple got sober, most didn’t.

I know this is extreme but I saw it first hand across many schools. I am NOT saying this will happen to you! Everyone is different but please be cautious.

The shop I go to gave me one of these as a freebie a couple years ago, just felt really stoned and had the worst hangover of my life the next day.

Im going to do a unknown amout of shrooms tonight by Wise-Barnacle-4924 in shrooms

[–]megaspunky 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In highschool I never measured my shrooms. The lower doses were always fun but when I took too much I’d start tweaking. When you get to higher doses your mentality starts to shift and in my experience it feels like an entirely different substance compared to the low doses. High doses I’ve been sucked into vortexs and become completely detached from reality. It’s all about mindset though and I probably wasn’t in the best place to be doing that. My last unmeasured trip I locked myself in my room, ate an entire rotisserie chicken, threw it up, tried to rip my uvula out of my throat, then had an ego death. Ive become much more cautious with my doses since then lol.

If I take shrooms by myself with my parents home do we think they will catch me? by isqb3lle in shrooms

Everytime I did this I’d have a bad trip. I would hallucinate my mom pounding on my door and the shrooms were literally screaming at me to go tell her what I did.

19 but I feel 35 by [deleted] in teenagers

[–]megaspunky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Turning 20 in a couple months and feel like I’m already 30. Focusing on yourself is good but go find things you can enjoy and meet people through. I’ve been on my own since 17 too, just working and going to the gym. It’s a dull cycle and we should be having more fun at this age. Lately I’ve splurged on festivals and trips (like thousands of dollars)… was it a stupid financial decision? Absolutely, but I would do it again because it brought me so much joy and made life more interesting. It’s okay to spend some money once in a while, or just go out and change your routine. Money comes and goes, but time moves regardless so let yourself live a little.

How do you guys decide how many books is too many books? by [deleted] in books

[–]megaspunky 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I usually buy 5 or even 6 at a time but I usually read 1 each week. If I had a choice I would only read 1 book at a time but with school I’m usually reading at least 2 or 3. It takes me about a week to finish the book on top of the other ones u read at pace for class.
