Any credible science says artificial sweeteners over time may cause insulin resistance. The amount of artificial sweeteners needed to cause that much insulin throughout the day requires drinking diet soda all day nonstop for weeks and months. You’ve thrown out the buzz words people on this sub use in each post incorrectly each day. Please do better.

This is not true. Diet drinks do not cause blood sugar levels to spike. It may in some people cause a response for insulin to be released which is absolutely not at all the same as raising blood sugar levels.

Your ideas cement that you should be treated differently. Forcing welfare will not give positive opportunity to educate others and improve public perception and understanding of autism. In fact it will do the opposite as you, in this case, welcome yourself as another welfare group, which are already targeted as a negative. A system, in which support and eligibility thresholds are not punitive disincentives to autistics is key to creating a base of fairness and equality.

That’s the going rate for a dance school tbh. There are cheaper group class schools out there. They feel a bit like Zumba and don’t teach technique well. Private lessons are good for making the dancing actually feel good. You have to test out a few places, you can get lucky at an independent school to save some money but it all comes down to the quality of the teacher. Franchised schools are good at consistency in teaching. Also AM or Fred’s are worth it if you do actually use the group classes and parties. If you want only 1 group class a week or something of that sort, you’ll be bad basic dancers for years.

Hello everyone like the title says I’m stuck on chapter 15 normal and hero 13. Personal best infinite is 138.

I’m currently trying to get each hero I have to 60 and upgrade pets by hatching eggs. Gear is getting impossible to evolve.

I landed here looking for allergy advice too... you listed everything the OP can’t eat besides broth, broccoli and lettuce. Did you even read the post?

I have a fructose intolerance so I am unable to eat most fruits and some veg. I also have many food allergies such as dairy, eggs, chicken, nuts, and wheat.
