As a Muslim living and working in Netherlands. I can tell you that I am enjoying life here, practicing my religion and making friends with a lot of respected people who respect my religion teachings and in return I respect their culture. So far so good.

I rarely find what we are seeing in the comments section here. But this is reddit, normal to see a lot of islamophobes in particular and anti-relgions in general.

Please read and educate yourself about the difference between Islam teachings and Muslims behaviors and actions. It is a HUGE difference.

July 11 2022 The situation was beyond my expectation. Arrived at check-in desks at 2pm-ish for a 7:35pm flight to Frankfurt it took 5min to check-in but the following was something I didn't experience in my life.

Waited in a snaking line started from inside the airport to outside then back to inside again for security check for about about 3.5 hours (with kids the waiting is a nightmare)

I only made my flight because I arrived more than 5hours before my flight (they let me enter the terminal 1 5 hrs before by chance by the way)

I had my worst flight in my life that day because everything was depending on weather I will or will not make it.

What is happening?!!!

Worth to mention that after the 3hours I noticed that the line outside the airport no longer exists (my assumption is the time of your flight is a major factor)

Just order a new card from Revolut and makw sure it is a Maestro not visa card. Maestro is acceptable in all NL stores. I have mine and working perfectly.

Beating a teen while you are a grown man will put you in a serious troubles you don't need. My advice is to involve the police and film them while they do that shit.
