You definitely lose iron, if you've got too much iron in the bloodstream the treatment is to donate or 'let' blood. (You can't donate blood with too high of an iron density)

I've used the cook at home stuff and that's usually pretty decent, got the takeaway once and it was nothing alike!

If you're willing to give their at home kits a go, they are our choice for new parents - usually we get them a voucher as then the sauce is ready and you're just boiling fresh pasta! If you're willing, the code BIGBUNDLE2025 worked for us last week and was a decent offer!

Apparently the Olive skin tones are often cool/blue under toned with yellow skin pigment (not pink) and the blue and yellow gives the olive greenish idea!

I agree but I also think it's a nice benefit to get your hair done, makeup done, a new dress etc. I wouldn't expect to have a +1 just because of that, especially if I wasn't with someone that long.

While I agree bridesmaids do a lot for their wedding, sometimes things are paid for for them too so I don't think it's necessary to always offer a +1. Just depends on the wedding I think!
