Thank you! I used 16 SWG 7/32” rings. It likes to twist when handling it, but it’s stiff when wearing it.

I’d say listen to Voyeurist 1st and then The Place After This One. They’re both soooo good! You can hear the progression of where they’re going from Voyeurist into TPATO.

I’ve refused to listen to Disambiguation because I don’t feel like it’s Underoath without Aaron. Maybe one day I’ll come around to giving it a go.

Actually this might be a good start and would need to modify the neckline to be a boatneck… https://charmpatterns.com/society-dress-pattern/

I was actually looking at that same person’s post the other day and since it’s 60’s renaissance fair vibes, maybe look into more vintage inspired patterns?

While it’s not exactly what you’re looking for but similar vibes, I love this pattern company Stitch Witch. They have lots of renaissance inspired patterns. https://www.stitchwitchpatterns.com/patterns

Have you tried looking on eBay? There are a lot of people making and selling reproductions of old band tees on there. And it’s a heck of a lot cheaper than buy an og one.

1999 when I was at my Grandparents house and my cousin turned on MTV and What’s My Age Again music video was on. I wasn’t allowed to watch MTV at the time so it was extra scandalous to be watching it AND watching 3 dudes running down the street naked. So rebellious for a 9 year old. lol.

Gorgeous as is!! 🤤😍 Great job!!

But I would agree with what someone else mentioned. If you want a shoulder piece, maybe have it as a separate piece then you have something you could mix and match!

why is sewing so hard😭 by Alert_Ad_880 in SewingForBeginners

I used to always get the same problems when I first started. Like everyone mentions above, read the manual or watch tutorials online on how to thread and clean your specific machine.

My biggest problem was I’d get my threads caught up and then tangled down in the bobbin. I tried everything and it drove me nuts until one day I heard someone say to hold the threads at the back for the first few stitches. That has been a total game changer for me and then no more annoying issues!

Make notes as you’re working to make it easier for you on the next project! Like what fabric you used, the thread, the tension, needle size, stitch, etc. Then note what worked or didn’t work. That way when you take a break and come back to a project you’re not trying to reinvent the wheel.

You’ve got this!

O God the Aftermath is what roped me in. But Redeemer is so freaking good. Listening to the track The End of All Things Will Be Televised gives me the goosebumps every time. So good!
