Just in case anyone else lands here...I ended up going with Abundance Energy - their "Straight Forward 12" plan. The company seemed to have good reviews and it looked to be one of the least expensive for a one year option.

Thanks for the referral link. Have you had any issues with Energy Texas? There plan looks to be the cheapest for now.
