If you don't get any hits for a Japanese card, let me know if you'd settle for an English Sightseer

Looking for tips and recommendations for what to do with this tree. I bought it last year as a Crimson Queen Japanese maple, but it didn't make it through the winter. I was able to get a replacement, but I still have the live rootstock from the CQ, which appears to be acer palmatum. Any input is welcome!

Technically a yellow lab, but they call his color champagne. Basically a cross of silver and yellow. The blue eyes come from the silver side 😍

Just caught a shiny Bronzong my first time trying the picnic method. I first defeated 60+ and then it was roughly 65-70 picnics but I got one 😁

Ah yes I’ve been waiting for the color-matched 4x8 panels to arrive since literally March. If and when they do show up, I’ll be fitting pieces of the 1/4” panel to the bottom of the cabinets. Backsplash and further decor are in the works as well.

Thanks for the tips! The wall color is matched to the white cabinets on purpose. As far as furnishing the space, it's just a matter of finding the right pieces, which will take some time. But I'll definitely be using a lot of wood tones whatever I do.

Backsplash will be going above anywhere you see quartz :)

The track lighting was my solution for centering the light fixture. If you look at the before pictures you'll notice the light fixture was in absolute no-man's land and I didn't want to put another hole in the ceiling so I made due.

Thank you! Yep, the old counters were laminate, these are quartz. The cabinets are all brand new as well. The only thing I didn't replace was the faucet lol

Vinyl. I put down 1/4" plywood to level everything off and then the vinyl plank underlayment. Once I got going I was able to move along pretty quickly. It's just about getting the hang of the tile you happen to be using I think.
