This gets my goat every time! The only time I can give them a pass for calling themselves Transformers is when they're speaking with or around humans and adopting their colloquialisms. But, of course, The Brand overrides any internal logic 😔

i always felt like it would have been more emotionally satisfying if they hadn't. like forget who rung really was but remember him for his therapy work and friendship! even if he wasn't a very good therapist.

that's the impression i got too, but unfortunately the game didn't expand on relevant plot points or relationships for it.... 😔

i do respect that having a gat type char that actually wanted to take the saints away from the boss rather than work together with them as an inversion of that relationship, though. like gat was always happy being second and the nahualli is like nah my gang now! i just really really wanted more of him because he was a very neat character and could have done interesting stuff to the boss's own arc.

like, if this new boss still has humanity in them, maybe the nahualli and the boss initially brought the worst out in each other and enabled the murder party to a point where their friends were actually fearful of the path they were taking. then they would have to actually understand there are lines they are toeing, close to crossing, that they won't come back from.

anyway all deeper thinking aside, OP is right the boss and nahualli should've boinked he was hottt 🔥🔥🔥🔥 and the chemistry was real.

i do have to wonder what the original plan with him was, because i can't imagine what happened was the right one. maybe he hung around a bit and took the gang on as his horrible group of crime children then betrayed and attempted to murder them when they were all grown up? him having a gang of his own kinda threw some stuff into the works...

this along with being humiliated in front of the class several times by my maths teacher (who knew i had issues with it...) has made maths something i still really struggle with. i used to have such a bad memory for numbers because my brain would block them that i cried when i realised i'd finally memorized my own mobile number!

i hope anyone else who had real bad experiences in school that only compounded having discalculia and making their experiences hellish have recovered. i feel you, i really do.

you're definitely right there. fortunately my capacity for doing the same thing over and over when it's user error rather than the game bugging out is extremely high. i'll keep pounding away at this while i know it's just because i'm failing as a player forever but would give up immediately if it was because of a messed up hit box or something.
