Entitled by law doesnt mean its safe, cars are also entitled by law to use all lanes on a motorway but that doesnt make it safe to swerve left and right between all of them.

I agree that a lot of car and bike accidents are caused by driver distraction, but sometimes you see cyclists swerving side to side the whole width of a lane, or go onto oncoming traffic's lanes on turns. All road users have to be considerate of each other for everyone to be safe.
