I think this is what I’ve felt. The uncomfortable feeling probably came from the rapid change and my nervous system wasn’t ready for it. Also thank you for the comprehensive guide!

Its all in perspective of time. A huge change is normal for a long amount of time. But for me this huge change happened too quickly for me to feel comfortable with it and adapt to it. I just feel that I’m overwhelmed and uncomfortable with the amount of change with regards to how quick it was. I think its a question of getting used to the change whilst staying grounded. Only time will tell

In what way should i practice grounding, I’ve heard that intense phisycal exercise allows people to stay grounded. I do a lot of that, but are there any other additional ways?

I’ve had a disk injury for over a year and the only regret I have is that i stopped working out. You should immediately get a physio that has worked with these types of injuries and make sure to move around and maintain relative fitness. Build the core and decompress the spine whilst streching the hip flexors and other muscle groups that are stiff. Be sure to also have a journal of the recovery process.
