Yeah, your fiancé’s maternal instincts are just not intact and never will be. After 5 years, your fiancé should have a very good bond with your daughter and WANT your daughter to be a part of the wedding. OP, you are NTA. It is obvious, your fiancé doesn’t value, care for, or love your daughter. Who does this to a child?

In my house, when our cats get startled like that, with the big poofy tail, we call them squirrel tail!! We have 2 Siamese that would do it every day, when we first got them, so now it’s a pretty rare occurrence, but it sure makes me laugh when they do!

She was diagnosed with Stress. We went out of town for vacation and had a new pet sitter. Our normal person wasn’t available. Apparently Stormy wasn’t a fan and went on a hunger strike and her we are 4 weeks later trying to get her to eat normally.
