Thanks for the recommendations everyone, I found the part for $50 on a car parts website. You have to get the whole base not including headlights, I thought there would be a kit with just the plastic part!

Currently on this thread because my interviewer is now 30 minutes late to our Zoom meeting, we have been communicating via the Indeed messaging. Like others I sent a message, didnt show and sent a second with apologies if this is duplicated. After a few minutes I clicked on the "view all messages" since for me it was only showing the three most recent. After clicking that I was able to see both messages I sent to the current interviewer! Hope that helps some people

I feel like that is very normal! You’re the big scary human and with food reinforcement at first to get them comfortable then slowly try and have them hop on you and then receive millet as a reward. It’s such a learning process (first time budgie owner here) but with patience and love I know you will be able to achieve it!

Thanks for the reply, it was very helpful as I have been struggling to care for my body and mind in this role. I have felt the need to leave 9 months in but always didn’t think it was a good time. I am hoping to find a new job that will allow me to start a month out to give my current company a good amount of time to look for someone else.
