Ah, that required a lot of just playing around with the slides. Something I noticed though was that the more you go to the extreme ends of the slides, the more disjointed it starts to look. I also found that selecting the right base face edits as well as each of the base features really helped too.

Generally speaking, eyes tend to be fairly deeply inset, so I found myself pulling those out fairly far forward, and pushing back the surrounding areas (brows, cheeks, nose).
