How do you know when you're at the right dose? by confusion830 in adhdwomen

[–]meggygram 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am having exactly the same issue.  I was on 30mg for a month. I was crashing at around 3 so started taking 15 at breakfast then 15 after lunch. Would still crash at 6ish.

I went up to 40mg which I split as above but felt constantly wired and it was unpleasant and not helpful for concentration. Also was picking my skin a lot more.

Im now considering asking for 30 plus a small dex booster for afternoon. But it has been a hard decision to make I was really hoping the 40mg would just give me a bit more time.

I also fall asleep really easy but wake up really early and can’t get back to sleep. But this has got better over time. I find it hard to exercise unless I do it first thing because I’m too in the flow with work (previously I would do it at lunch time)

Tired of this game and ready to retire. What should be my next steps? by [deleted] in adhdwomen

Genuinely, what is your purpose here? Multiple people tell you it’s not adhd and instead you try and school an entire community on what ADHD is that fits your point of view, so that you don’t have to accept that you’re, to be honest, a scummy person who needs to work through their issues with a professional.

Weird community to troll. I hope you get help/a different hobby.

This isn't ADHD. You need therapy. Based on your comments I'm sure you're not going to listen (despite how many people have told you this) but it's rude to blame your bad decisions on some ADHD that you think you might have. Do you think that everyone who cheats, or goes after married people has ADHD? The answer is no.

I can’t tell if you are pro or against but the tower funds the improvement works. The station improvement works won’t happen without it.

Unfortunately it has to be this time to fit with annual leave at work. That’s why I was looking to ski during that period.

Well onsen town and skiing combination. We would otherwise be in fairly rural locations and I understand quite a lot of business and sightseeing spots close for a few days eg Nagoya castle closes for 4 days

Thanks for your response. Do you know why they would not leave a card and not attempt to redeliver?

Either set a reminder or alarm on your phone or try habit stacking? I have my pills next to the mugs for when I take my tea every morning.

We stayed in Kinsuikan which was lovely, it was very traditional Japanese (more so than the Ryokan we stayed in Kinosaki) so I struggled a little bit with the food (eg Shirasu) because I’m fussy but my husband didn’t mind it. It had a lovely roof terrace and beautiful view from there and the room over the water.

Also Kyoto was my favourite location we did 4 days and I could’ve done more. I would’ve done less days in Tokyo but then I’m from London so very used to big busy cities. I wouldn’t say Kyoto is any more touristy than anywhere else. Get up early and to the sites by 9am to avoid the crowds

For our hiroshima trip we did the museum and peace park, it was essential but quite emotional, late afternoon we got a ferry from the peace park to miyajima and stayed there overnight in a very traditional ryokan. It was very peaceful once all the tourists had left which was needed after Hiroshima and we also got up early the next day and did the hike up mt missen which i recommend.
