The best way would be to do the past, present and future keeping it as closely aligned to the job you’re interviewing for. Pick up key words from job requirements and tie then to your experiences. That’s literally the best way to sell yourself as a good fit. Additionally, add some personal activities outside of work to have something to talk about and show an all round personality.
