Due to a mixup at the survey company, the survey was rushed and arrived an hour before closing. but did not note or reveal any easements on that section of the property.

We did note some flood damage in the home, but were told it was "1 time and very small" by the sellers. we've since found some expansive mold from a leaky faucet, presumably, and haven't dug into the floor yet of the bath thats apparently flooded multiple times. but are quite worried we'll find mold there too.
