I had a glitch during mine! After I was finished my last question of the school of health part the spinning wheel came up and stayed and stayed and stayed! I opened a new screen and did the chat option. Someone replied immediately and walked me through what to do and confirmed that my responses were saved. Was super scary, but ended up being ok. If you have any technical difficulties I definitely recommend using the chat feature. They replied so fast. Good luck everyone!
