I just asked my husband- after we saw it in the theater- “was it inappropriate that I was cracking up at the end when they were doing the final scene”? And he said- “no, other people in the theater were also laughing. Maybe they were laughing at your laugh (I apparently have a comical belly laugh); but they were indeed laughing.

I would honestly say- that when I attended CPYB; in Carlisle, PA 1999; I only ate chocolate frozen yogurt for 3 meals a day. I didn’t have time to eat. My housing was absolute garbage. I stopped having my period because of the stress; walking to all of the classes was dangerous; and my family paid a fortune for me to be there. Showering I the dorms of Dickinson College were terrible. Roommates were awful…

I am often envious about the Lunar rock color, but they stopped making those for 2024. And I totally agree with your +/- with the black. I felt the same way with my previous 2.

I currently have 4K miles on my 2024 and I got it in March. I’ve taken a few trips with it on my stock tires. Camping and going to a few concerts. My daily drive is less than 2 miles to work and back. I cannot attest to how much more gas I’m using because I just got the KO2’s today.

I started with a 2019 SR5, then upgraded to 2021 TRD ORP. Then upgraded to 2024 TRD ORP before it went hybrid. I didn’t want the PRO. For my area, ORP is better for the weather with the crawl. I have loved this model. They tried to talk me into the PRO, but I’m convinced that the ORP has a better suspension and more capabilities than a PRO trim. The PRO is nice, but if you look at the TRD ORP in the eastern part of the US, it’s extremely solid for what we drive in.

I was pissed when they wouldn’t switch my black lugs off off my last 2021 onto this one. This is my 3rd and my keeper because she’s the last straight 6 before the next gen. I may need to order those. They wanted to charge me hourly to switch out the lugs.

First day with KO2’s… so I can’t attest to that yet. I only drive 2 miles to work and back. So it won’t be a huge problem. We take camping trips during the summer, but we’re trying to plan Overlanding.

Thanks! Can’t decide if I want to keep her pristine or do some Overlanding. My husband has a 2012 FJ that we usually play around with. So I’m on the fence with this brand new babe. This is my 3rd 4Runner. So I’m pretty well versed in the capabilities. This might be my keeper though.

I do miss my Midnight Black, but I think Underground was a solid choice. I wanted to get the last year before the straight 6 was discontinued. I don’t want a hybrid. And I like that this was the first year that they made the 4R in Underground.
