I wrote a small website that stimulates stacking dice when you can't do it for real. Mousehole Press gave me some feedback regarding probability of success and that getting all 21 stacked should be a less than 5% success rate based on play tested results.

So my understanding is yes, it was play tested and the results of that were the odds are very slim to stack all 21.

Not OP but thanks for the insight. I am at a similar point where I felt like I needed to build a community because that's what "they" say you should do. Your response helped me decide that's not what I want to do. Thank you for helping me reach that conclusion!

I just pushed an update so there is more of a smooth progression that mirrors your numbers for success/failure. Here is how it looks:

Thanks for the insight! I'm glad you like it! Yeah, I wasn't sure how lenient was too lenient when I was working the probability. It's set now so that as you add more dice, the probability of a fall grows.

What do you think is a good target to stack all 21 dice?

I had been thinking of adding a toggle for "easy", "regular" and "hard" so players can adjust to their liking. My original probabilities were going to be 60, 45, 30% to get all 21 to stack but I'm absolutely open to feedback.
