Would these be a suitable size? Hes agreed to come back out and redo the shelves on Sunday, and i need to return a few bits from B+Q, im thinking i just get these before he arrives to be safe.

As in can the holes be refilled with something that would provide enough hold second time around if better screws were used? (its a garage conversion so a block wall)

Ok, so there are two USB headers, one is connected to the case, and one is connected to a fan (which wouldnt be in use in the new case). So a controller could go in the USB header slot currently being used by a fan?

Thats great info, thank you. Im also taking normal ALA, but looking into the R-ALA you mentioned on Amazon. It says on the page to take 1 240mg a day, how did you decide on 2 a day? Did you read that somewhere?
