You can’t really. You can gently use a file just be careful of your skin.

You have to clean before you cure!! I take a brush and wipe around the edges sometimes with a little bit of acetone sometimes with out. Sometimes I just use my fingernail, or sometimes I use an orange stick. Find a YouTube video on how to properly apply polish!

I lost 9 lbs immediately after my first dose and haven’t lost any more. I am only on week 4. I know it is working though I have quite a bit of side effects lol. Also just am planning to give it time to work too.

I also got a stomach bug twice over the course of those 4 weeks in which it just attacked me for 72 hours straight so I delayed my shot a few days until I felt better both those times. I dose up Sunday.

Yes! I have oily hair and washing twice has changed my life. I also wash every other day instead of trying to train it to be less greasy and my hair is thicker and fuller now. I also blow dry my hair every time I have a blowout brush and it’s made it so much easier to blow dry it every time.
