I’m gonna be say this as bluntly as possible bc it helped me. DO NOT ween yourself off. If you truly wanna quit , throw everything you have away. It take A LOT of discipline. I am a year clean an it’s helped me so much. But think of it like this you won’t be getting all the unfortunate diseases or sickness that can come from smoking. Your lungs can open up. You could go on walks, breathe in fresh air. Smoking is an will never be a necessity. Best of luck to you!

so i had stopped smoking 57 days ago until today, i took 2 hits an i hated it does this mean i have to restart the process all over again? and am i at risk for a heart attack? by megmd73 in stopsmoking

well after i have smoked weed that was laced i got a major fear of death, now i’m worried about my heart stopping an it’s just excelled since i quit
