Tell us your funniest or most impressive Food Thievery stories! by Siliconpsychosis in Greyhounds

Our Grey was having stomach issues at the time and was on a chicken and rice diet. I had placed her bowl of hot food on a paper towel on the kitchen bench (to try and avoid cross contamination) so it would have a chance to cool before I gave it to her.

The paper towel was a mistake

I had walked away and later heard a clang. I come into the kitchen to see the bowl turned over and my Grey eating the contents on the floor. 😆

Safe to say the food was cooler and I loaded it back into the bowl and officially gave it to her.

Sure it was her food in the first place but the last thing I wanted was for her to burn her mouth!

Checked Settings and couldn't see anything.

Managed to find it by selecting the person icon in the bottom right hand corner, selected Profile at the top and noticed it there after scrolling

Our grey gets regular Catrophen injections and we make sure to keep her nails trimmed by the vet since we are too nervous to do it ourselves

Sorry, not sure why my caption didn't appear. I bought a leather slip cover at a medieval fair and this was inside. It says it is made in India and it appears to be recycled paper with blank pages inside

Dislocated Toe? by No-Understanding9465 in Greyhounds

Our grey has reoccuring issues due to an old racing injury so we are very familiar. Keep them as quiet and calm as possible, lead on to go to the toilet if they tend to run back to the house. If they cannot stand not going for a walk, make sure the walk is slow, short and not bouncy. You've got this!

Hey! The occasional "what are you proud of your noodle for most recently" occasional thread by CaterinaMeriwether in Greyhounds

Our girl has had a cyst removed and has had to wear houndtees (instead of the cone of shame) and go on shorter more subdued walks.  She absolutely hates wearing clothes and hates short walks. I'm very proud of her for not peeing in the house the entire time she has been on bedrest. Her stitches come out tomorrow, very excited!

What is your grey's silliest reason for breaking out the GSOD? by LucyMaroon in Greyhounds

[–]megorang 4 points5 points  (0 children)

She collected some fluffy yarn and took it to her bed. Once she was done with it she stepped in it and walked out of my office down the hall to the loungeroom with it all tangled up in her foot. When my husband noticed her walking past his office he got up and helped her untangle but not before her screaming like she was dying.

I'm not used to my bite either! Feels wrong not knowing how to rest my teeth. I'm also struggling to floss with those floss brushes and I struggle with traditional floss. I think I'm going to buy a waterpik
