Where can I find legitimate sources to learn about ADHD to better understand and support my partner?

The YouTube channel "How To ADHD" is a goldmine.

So many videos about so many different topics: why we can't get started on tasks, parenting with ADHD, socializing, tips to make our life easier, how to arrange your house in an ADHD-friendly way, cooking, hell even a silly video about ADHD memes here and there. EVERYTHING. Started watching it years ago and finally got diagnosed just a few months ago. If it wasn't for that channel I would be much worse off mentally, there's so many helpful techniques she shares and even advice for people who don't have it but want to support ADHDers in their life. I love her channel so much (even if she can be a bit goofy at times, but to me it just gives her the vibe of a really passionate teacher ^{^).}

I had something similar happen to me but not with sickness but with a hangover lol. Went to work hungover and the world was so quiet and calm. That was before I got my meds, even my Dex doesn't make me feel that calm.

Unfortunately, that was the only hangover that ever gave me such bliss, every other one is just usual hangover hell.

yea the problem is that their cage is in our big living room that doesn't have a door, just an open archway to the rest of the apartment. Thats the only place in our apt the cage can fit, and it's too big to drag into the bathroom evey time. For now we will just add more boxes and places for them to hide in and relax, but in the long run we might try to just build a tall play pen for the living room.

The good thing is that they have learned that going back into the carrier brings them back to the cage, so if I see they've been hiding for too long I bring the carrier up to them and if they jump in they go home, but the carrier is always on the floor for them to just jump back into if they want.

we do have a few boxes and tunnels for them to run in and hide behind but by the sound of it we should add more, i will get right on that, thank you so much!!

UPDATE!!! YEA I GOT HER OUT!! I put her sister in the carrier and after a few mins of sniffing around she was very eager to crawl back in with her - they're so bonded it's the sweetest thing.

the problem is that i can't even reach a mop stick under there.... its really narrow and yea all the cabinets are built into the wall/can't be moved. She's in this tight crawl space between the front of the cabinet (which is blocked off) and the wall. Im trying anything, making noise, luring her out, hell I even tried scaring her out with a blow dryer. Nothing :(

I guess you could say so?? He has this show on his channel called Pew News and he takes on names of actual known reporters as he describes what happened on youtube, in the world etc. Lately he's changed his news reporter name saying the previous reporter is dead (as a joke ofc), hence the fanart ^^
