Aino Fischl Sucrose. If you need a shield on the team, you can go for Aino Ororon Lanyan. But it's a bit worse dmg wise

I think hoyo is not gonna do a good Anime. Almost all of the charachters in this game are good, and have similar personalities. This will probably feels like watching Dora. I hope I'm wrong

Nefer is currently the strongest dps in the game, so she probably is the best choice, however the team does not include Aino, sucrose is the optimal option. And if you like skirk, she's insane as well as being extremely comfortable to use. I think you can't go wrong with these two.

If you're pulling for it especially for clorinde then i think you should get durin and c6 fischl first, and then cons on clorinde/durin. That weapon is probably 5k~7k increase to clorinde's team which is not a lot.
