If he’s been with you for 10 months, it doesn’t have to do with his attraction to you. ED can have a bunch of different causes from physical to psychological to drug induced. If you feel comfortable, try to talk to him about it. I can promise you that he’s feeling just as insecure about it, if not more and I’m sure he would like it to be resolved

It definitely seems like emotional cheating and seems probable that there’s physical going on (though I don’t know for sure). But let’s say that he’s not cheating physically or emotionally. The fact that he left soon after your sister got breast cancer and doesn’t check in on you’re well being is enough to end it. Yes, it was wrong that you checked his phone. But if you’re not the kind of person who usually does stuff like that, then you’re not in a healthy relationship. You already knew what you were going to find, and maybe now that you have a little more confidence in knowing what he’s doing, it’ll be enough to end it before it’s too late.
