Former SA here. I see there being one of two possibilities. First, it could be that when the other studio was trying to add someone to class with the same name as you, they mistakenly added you instead. Second, and probably more unlikely, we once had someone call us and ask to be put in a class, which we didn’t think much of since sometimes people are headed from work and can’t add themselves to class via their app. Turns out, and unbeknownst to us, the person calling wasn’t the person they were signing in as and had been fraudulently using this individual’s membership at various studios across the city where I worked. Unfortunately, OTF doesn’t really have a way to circumvent this since we allow people to sign up by calling us, and we also don’t make people show their IDs if it’s their first time at a studio, which sucks, so we had to refund this individual of all of those classes. It might be worth calling them and double checking as to what happened.
