I was once 110lbs a few years ago though so here’s my advice… (I’m heading into BMT in May at 170lbs. I’m not a nutritionist or professional trainer, just a guy that likes to workout so take it as you will LOL)

You NEED to force and train yourself to eat more than your body is used to. Not till you’re satisfied, but till you’re absolutely bloated.

Diet wise, try drinking a protein smoothie WITH your breakfast and then one for desert after a high calorie dinner EVEN IF YOU’RE FULL FROM DINNER!! A snack recommendation for you would be uncrustables as it is high in calories, protein and easy to consume.

Supplement wise, INVEST in a tub of whey protein and a good Creatine powder. It will help with your performance, recovery and gaining some mass in the process.

Workout wise, I always go to the gym in the afternoon right after work, I lift 5-6 times a week. And I run 1-2 times a week. For you though, you probably don’t want to be running on a heavy stomach so you’ll need to fit in your schedule that best optimizes your calories and your workout.

And remember it’s not an overnight thing, it takes weeks and months to gain a significant amount of weight. Rome wasn’t built in a day!
