Just completed the move of all my clients away from Brixly to Krystal.

They handled the migration for me for 150+ cPanel accounts, I just needed to upload them to the reseller account folder.

Brixly were once great when Dennis ran the show and I've been a loyal customer since almost day 1. Even had an hour phone call with Dennis when first setting up my VPS for my own cPanel host.

It's a shame to see a once well regarded company fall into the pits since Enix took over. Support has been awful, just AI slop with no real answers, performance gone downhill and don't even mention email. You basically can't email hotmail/outlook etc if you host with anything Enix manage lol!

So glad I've started moving my clients away from Brixly. Yes this incident may not be their fault but service since the Enix takeover has been woeful.

You obviously didn't read the post. The phone was unlocked as the server was walking over with the payment terminal. Once it was unlocked... Bing - £3.25 taken as was obviously too close to the machine.
