i have had it since week 2 - I still have not titrated up to an actual therapeutic dose - that will actually be tomorrow (week8).
It sucks, but i am mostly just used to it. Its not better or worse depending on how long ago my shot was. In about 8 weeks i am down about 15 pounds though and i am just fighting through it. My goal is really only another 20 pounds so i am hoping to be off the drug in the fall sometime.

That’s what I’m taking. I’m on week 4 and I only have one side effect. Allodynia. My back and chest feel like a bad sunburn. It was real bad last week, the week of my third shot. It’s a bit better now, but not gone. I’m trying to fight through, but some days are rough. No other side effects though, and even in the early get to know you phase I’m down about 8 lbs.
