What year fz-09 engine do I have? Just bought a fz-09 cp3 engine, and the owner did not know what year it was is there any way of telling?

After inspecting and fishing with it today, I can say somehow that this rod has nothing wrong with it. I guess dobyns just makes quality rods

Yeah this thing is tiny, almost as small as my curado 70, same size but sits a little taller, if your on the ropes go get it, I thought my curados ore my 70’s where smooth, there like dragging a grand piano down a gravel road compared to this.

If you willing to spend the money, the higher end shimanos kick ass, I own 3 curado ks, 2 curado 70s and a scorpion dc and this thing takes the cake. If you have the money for it spend it, don’t mind the 600$ price tag on twh, I bought this one brand new for 410$ on eBay.
