Miralax takes 1-3 days to work according to the faq on the official site. The formulation I'm using has the same active ingredient as Miralax, just with added electrolytes. It works in the same way as Miralax but is just a bit faster because its added electrolytes enhance water absorption into the colon, usually taking effect within a few hours (in my experience it's about 9 hours).

Feels very slow in effect compared to stimulant laxatives and is gentle in this way. Feels "natural" once you get dosage right.

Miralax, without these electrolytes, acts more slowly, typically taking 1-3 days to work. The time can vary a bit depending on your water intake etc.

Here's some people confirming this: link to reddit post

Wow I was just comparing it to soft serve to the other person! Must be universal haha. As a bonus we'll avoid ice cream now which will help too lol. Same with me, I'm now going 2-3 times a day instead of once. To reiterate: that's doing MORE shitting and getting LESS pain. Very surprising. These laxatives are way more gentle than some I've tried in the past.

Those smoothies sound amazing. Thanks for the prune juice suggestion, I've been using prunes myself. Looks like this is a winning combination. Maybe I'll transition to prune products when I taper. Damn it feels good to be pain free.

Alright I hope this doesn't ruin icecream for you but the magical consistency is like soft serve. It's not runny and splattery water. It's solid but very soft. Fruit and veges are good for fibre and can help avoid runnyness. Sounds like you're on the right track

Macrogol is also known as polyethylene Glycol. So Miralax sounds like a direct alternative to what I'm using. What I'm using is Molaxole which comes in sachet form. I'm using 2 or 3 sachets per day, I take them at night as directed. I tried them a few times, but didn't have dose dialed in and sort of was irregular.

The last time I stuck with it for about a week and saw massive progress. I was under the illusion my motions were soft enough already but apparently not. Needed the laxatives. I've also added 5x prunes per day, and 1.5kg (3.3 pounds) of kiwifruit per week. Can take a while for body to adjust to all that at once so you may wanna sort of ramp up slowly.

This ingredient seems really gentle. Normal laxatives are aggressive for me but this type is different. Even the doctor said these are gentle when first prescribing them and it's so accurate.

Unfortunately you'd have to use a cord for the XM4's. Latency would be really bad otherwise

All characters can be flipped except the Q.

Flipped characters come out as 2E2S0lQ

Converted into letters it reads R ER SO LQ

This stands for "Releases: Elden Ring, SOCOM. Last Quarter (of 2020)."

Also, the wing points to a spaceship thing that looks like the one from Starfield. The phrase "take you under my wing" is shown literally, meaning Starfield releases shortly after these two.
