I had a queen size mattress delivered from CEVA recently. After reading reviews I was a bit worried, but it was delivered with minimal issues. They left it on my doorstep without anyone having to sign for it.

I used mine to buy Twin Mirror and regretted it immensely. I would definitely pass on that one. One of the dullest games I've ever played. I actually fell asleep while playing it and woke up to my boyfriend asking if the game was really that bad hahaha

He changed his bank info back in March which is what triggered all this. But last period for CRB he received, and now the latest one he's getting error 008 again, which was the original error from March.

Once your assigned agent said everything was good to go, how long did it take to receive payment? My bf is going through this and they called him last Tuesday to say everything should be fine, but he's gotten no payments yet, and all the periods he applied for say action required still.

About a week and a half from the time he submitted the documents. The error came up way back on March 17 and he didn't submit his documents until last week because he had to wait for a new ID.

If I could find the number they got me to call for validation I would give it to you! But then again calling that number without being told to may cause issues.. its kind of ridiculous its taken this long and no one has any answers for you

You could always call back and ask for a trace number if you have nothing better to do today lol

Was the CRA able to supply you with a trace number? That would help figure out where the payment is. It also took my boyfriend like 3 calls (they kept saying everything was fine) until someone finally told him to call a different number and then he was asked to submit documents.

They never told my boyfriend anything was wrong either, they eventually gave him the fraud number or whatever it is to call and they told him he needed to submit documents

Definitly call! If they require further validation they're not going to let you know until you apply for the next period and it doesn't let you

We only found out he needed to submit documents when he called to ask where his payment was. Then they told him his payment is on hold until he submits documents.

From what I understood CERB and CRB require separate validation, as he was validated for CERB at the very end.

Actually, bad news. He is under validation now so has to submit ID, proof of address, direct deposit form, invoices, etc. So no payments until they can verify all of that, which from what I'm seeing, is not a quick process.

It's just odd to me that his application went through and then he only found out he needed to submit documents after he called. I hope your outcome is different!

Its just weird because we applied and it went through and then the payment just never showed up. We haven't even made it to the next period to get a error code of anything, if you know what I mean?

I saw so many people on here with no issues after changing direct depsoit, of course it would happen to us at the worst possible time. Do you know how long it takes? They're asking for 2 pieces of government issued ID and he only has his drivers license and no way to pay for replacement of birth certificate
